Here is a brief guide for you on some of the most frequently asked questions related to our products, processes, and policies. We hope you're thready for some of the fine print. 



  • When inventory levels are low, you will see the limited inventory count on the product pages. 
  • If you are looking for a product or size that is no longer in inventory, please reach out to us. Restocking can take 2-4 weeks, but this can fluctuate due to other constraints and demands. 
  • Sizing details for our products are listed on our product pages. 



  • Once your order is placed, there is a handling period of 1-2 business days. This allows us to process and fulfill your order prior to shipment. 



  • All U.S. shipping is free (woohoo!)
  • If you order 1 product, we will ship your order via Standard Shipping with USPS. Delivery will typically take 3-5 business days, but this can fluctuate due to other constraints and demands. 
  • If you order 2+ more products, we will use Priority Mail with USPS. Delivery will typically take 1-2 business days, but this can fluctuate due to other constraints and demands.
  • Lost orders are impossible to control for, for both us and for you. If your tracking number says that your order was delivered, wait a day or two. If your order still has not arrived, and is lost, we will not refund you for the lost order. However, please reach out to us to inform us of your lost order, and you might be eligible for a discount on future purchases. 



  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product to us for a full refund or exchange. 
  • You must return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 



  • We are very selective on the companies we source our products from. The companies we source our clothing from are committed to ethical sourcing of their materials and clothes, as are we.
